The PQ Program Consists of...
Begining Exploration - An initial call with Josh Race to clarify what's in the way and how to approach the program
Daily Practice - 15 minutes/day of app-guided practice enables you to build stronger mental muscles (neural pathways). These exercises are bite-sized to fit your busy schedule and customized based on how you self-sabotage.
Weekend Topic - A video session about the mental fitness operating system, delivered by NY Times best selling author Shirzad Chamine.
Pod Meeting - A small group discussion led by your coach Josh Race. We meet Mondays or Tuesdays to review the topic for the week and check in with each other for accountability and support.
